One-Year Workmanship Warranty: Ironwood Shelters
warrants that the workmanship of the frame construction will
be free from defects as results of defective workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty
covers any workmanship issues that may arise during the
warranty period, provided the product has been installed and
maintained according to Ironwood Shelters recommendations.
Limited Warranty on Powder Coat Paint: Ironwood Shelters
warrants to the original purchaser that the powder coat paint
finish on our products will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 6
months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim under this warranty, the
original purchaser must present the original purchase invoice
as proof of purchase. All warranty claims must be made within
the warranty period, and any repairs or replacements will be
at the discretion of Ironwood Shelters. Ironwood Shelters
reserves the right to provide uninstalled components as
replacement parts for the shelter in question. Labor to install
could be a supplemental charge. Ironwood Shelters will ask
for documentation of said warranty claims, such as pictures,
videos etc.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting
from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal
wear and tear. The warranty is also void if any modifications,
alterations, or repairs have been made to the product by anyone
other than Ironwood Shelters or its authorized representatives.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Ironwood Shelters
be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential
damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to
use this product or from defects in the product.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and
applies only to the original purchaser. We appreciate your
